WHAT TYPES OF BUYOUTS/ EVENTS CAN YOU DO?
Full Venue | Full Rooftop | Full Main Floor | or Semi Private of both Roof and Main floor.
FULL VENUE
Would be for any 3 hours of your choosing, and you would have the ability to extend at a prorated price per hour. The main floor has capacity 902 and the rooftop capacity 300. When you do a full venue buyout, you have the ability to book your entertainment of your choosing (or we can book a band or DJ, or both, for you).
The downstairs main floor has a built in large stage which is typically where our live music bands play. The rooftop you can have house music, or you can have us book you entertainment up there, as well. (AVG EVENT SIZE NORMALLY 200-1000 GUESTS HERE). Bull rides are included in full venue buyout. Waivers still needed.
FULL ROOF
Would be for any 3 hours of your choosing, and you would have the ability to extend at a prorated price per hour. The rooftop (capacity 300). The rooftop you can have house music, or you can have us book you entertainment up there, as well. (AVG EVENT SIZE NORMALLY 70-200 HERE).
FULL MAIN FLOOR
When you do a full main floor buyout, you have the ability to book your entertainment of your choosing (or we can book a band or DJ, or both, for you). The downstairs main floor has a built in large stage which is typically where our live music bands play. Capacity 902.
(AVG EVENT SIZE NORMALLY 200-500 GUESTS HERE). The Bull rides are included in full main floor buyout. Waivers still needed.
SEMIPRIVATE
Minimum guest count of at least 30. Max of about 50. We have two separate areas (the roof back patio, or the main floor back left buffalo platform). Both spaces you would have separated from the public and your hosted food and bev would be in the section. Entertainment for event is whatever is playing during the operating hours of event and no custom music can be scheduled. (Band on main floor, house speaker music on roof).
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK?
An e-signed copy of our event contract and a 50% deposit of the F+B minimum.
HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY EVENT IN FULL?
No, only a deposit of 50% is required to book. The last remainder payment is due 30 days before the event date.
CAN I BRING MY OWN BAND? WHO SETS IT UP?
You can book and bring your own band, or we can book one for you. Our AV techs will set up the band either way.
